Dr. Lori Is a survivor of childhood sexual assault and is very dedicated to sharing her healing journey with other survivors.
We know that our bodies hold on to trauma energy. In this class we will uncover in what ways our lives have been effected by holding on to this energy.
By the end of this course you will:
*Define chakras and their functions
*Understand how each chakra is effected by childhood sexual trauma
*Be able to define a personalized action plan for healing each chakra center
