One of the things that started my journey to healing from sexual trauma was my realization that my unhealed trauma, was greatly affecting my parenting. I was parenting from a space of fear and was projecting this onto my children. By the time I realized what was happening, my children were afraid to live and this made me feel horrible. 

I decided to take my healing into my own hands and began intentionally healing. This lead me to Intentionally Parent my children. I was able to create a healthier parent-child relationship with them that continues to flourish to this day. And now I want to pass this information on to you.
