You are showing up in life from a trauma space

You deserve to have the life you were robbed of

We will talk about the long-term effects of sexual trauma during this workshop. We will also take a deep dive into the difference between triggers and trauma responses. Along this interactive work, I will be offering personal insight into my journey so that you will have tangible examples of what it means to live in survival mode.
